At least that’s where the owners of ILMO Products Co. set the bar Wednesday, celebrating its 100th year in business and the 100th day of the year by giving each of its employees $100 as they showed up for work.
Reactions ranged from gratitude to elation as workers arrived at the company’s Jacksonville location on Eastgate Drive.
“It’s not really a life-changing amount, but everyone was happy and appreciative and knew how special it was — and that meant a lot to [the owners],” ILMO spokeswoman Blair Dial Austin said. Full story...
