Italy’s trade unions have denounced models - or 'live mannequins' as they are known - who wear shorts and bikinis while posing in the window of a Coin department store in Milan.
The male and female models caused a stir while promoting a summer sale on bathing costumes.
This promotion has been labelled 'merchandisation of the human body' by Italy’s trade unions and had been called degrading by the Filcams CGIL trade union.
