Police uncover record number of child porn cases in Japan...

Japanese police discovered a record number of child pornography cases in the first half of the year, a media report said Thursday. 

There were 382 cases, a 27.3-per-cent rise from the same period last year, the Kyodo news agency reported, citing a survey by the National Police Authority. 

In the same period a record number of 218 children under 18 were identified as victims, an increase of 51.4 per cent. More...
